Also, from Rob Kauffman’s FaceBook page “Franklin County coroner is notified of our resident’s death even if they happen in other counties of PA. Our Coroners are working together seamlessly on this issue.”

Also, per Rob Kauffman, the first death in Franklin county occurred today.

My comments: The PA Health Department is defiant after the skirmish with the Legislature this week so there is not much chance of them being transparent or providing any documentation to establish the validity of their claims.

What about the people who died in a Pennsylvania county (not Franklin) but used to live in another state? Does the other state get credit for the death.

Seriously, WHY THE HELL would Pennsylvania “allocate” these deaths to somewhere else? They must have some MOTIVE. What is it?

What a mess. What an awful AWFUL mess. Nobody can figure out how to gather, report, or analyze data in any consistent way. All data reported just seems like junk and a waste of time.

So if a person has lived in 10 different cities, and dies of something, sometime during the past couple of months, then it could be reported as 10 different Covid-19 deaths in different places.
