Beto is an idiot because agricultural workers actually are still permitted, since the Americans who would be appropriate for doing this are living on government benefits and can’t be bothered to work...but farmers still need to get their crops in. This affects mainly white collar workers, meaning there will be less competition for tech, medical and other jobs.
