Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said on Tuesday that stay-at-home orders from governors across the U.S. are unconstitutional because creating laws is a power delegated solely to legislatures
“The government has to recognize that the rights that are in the Constitution still exist in bad times as well as in good and it has to treat people equally,” Napolitano told “Fox & Friends.”
“If you can get in a line of cars to buy a cheeseburger at McDonald's, you can get in a line of cars to express your opinion about the government."

So is Social Security, Medicare etc but all that progressive trash is untouchable.
Tell that to Roger Stone, General Flynn, Paul Manafort and a few million others who have been wrongly persecuted by our judical system.
Lawsuits waiting to happen. I’ve gone about my business and waited....still waiting.....for someone/anyone to say anything to me. Just got back from a 4 day trip to Ventura. I’m not sick and I’ll be dammed if they’ll quarantine me.
I don’t want this SC to set precedent on this. It goes the wrong way and if the rats ever get all three branches they could use the climate BS to shut down the country and nothing could stop them. What comes next will not be pretty...hmm on the other hand maybe it’s time.
Perhaps Judge Nap just thinks it’s good for everyone to come out of the closet.

He has a ax to grind because Trump didn’t set him for the supreme court.
Looks like his consulting contract with Fox has been renewed. Time to become a conservative/libertarian again.

My daughter has been screaming at me to “Stay Home!” because she fell hook, line, and sinker for the BS. lol
Once all these “shelter in place” orders are ended, I expect a lot of lawsuits against state governors and mayors (or city councils). Trump should be wary of the federal government adding funds to aid local governments. I don’t want federal money used to pay off these lawsuits.
He also said governors couldn’t make some of the “laws” they’ve been making-that only lawmakers can do that. This morning in a long time I haven’t screamed at the tv when he showed up.
Leftists have been crying that Trump thinks he’s a king, but we have at least 30 governors doing that exact thing.
