Well if you are a ruthless dictatorship, you do have certain inherent advantages in enforcement of draconian quarantine to quash a contagion. Then if you're a tin foil hat enthusiast, well let your imagination run wild!
“Intelligence” obviously spent all of their time and effort infiltrating the Trump campaign instead of keeping tabs on a dangerous adversary.
I think they are probably giving citizens a one pill / week prophelactic dosage of Hydroxychloroquine, just one pill / week.
Result: for now their public, is for all intents, immune to coronavirus.

Not a doctor. But look also at India. Five times America’s population.
The produce 70% of the world’s Hydroxychloroquine. I think their population, is basically immune.

The pandemic has exposed the Achilles heel of globalism in the West.
India population lives in sewage. They have built up a tolerance.
Africa only has a 1000 deaths same thing.
People in the West have lowered their immunity by clean living and having everything ultra filtered in life starting with their water.
Or else, they are simply giving the public a very simple one pill per week dosage of Hydroxychloroquine. I pill, per person, per week.
