Coronavirus is dealing a gut punch to the illegal drug trade, paralyzing economies, closing borders and severing supply chains in China that traffickers rely on for the chemicals to make such profitable drugs as methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Read the first three words “cartels are scrambling” and thought it was about the ungovernable Governors like the Northeast, Capital Region, Midwest, and whatever other damn “compacts” are being unconstitutionally cobbled together.
Dems are saddened.
Since they typically aren't U.S. citizens, perhaps they can apply for a government loan from Nancy Pelosi since she has earmarked a lot of the bailout funds to illegals.
Another silver lining.
Good.
Finally, a business sector that the Dems can get behind a bailout for.
