In the past, they actually understood not to shut everyone down equally, just focus on the real hotspots while pushing for the less affected areas to keep working.
well...all you have to do is watch Cuomo, who can’t stand the thought the rest of the country will be doing business before his state does. He was quick from the beginning saying everybody had to be on the same page. He screwed NY and as usual wants te rest of the country to suffer for his bad decisions.........
