The news on TV said he was APPREHENDED at around 11:30 am ADT.
No other detais available , breaking ...more to come.
Known to have shot 5 people at least, no report yet of deaths.

Glad they apprehended him. He was apparently shooting anyone who moved.
Will follow up with details as available.
The draconian gun control laws in Canada do not seem to be working.
The guy apparent stole or otherwise acquired a police patrol car that the RCMP said was “decommissioned?” Very strange.
