They're probably thinking of "prairie doggin'" in a dumping kind of way. The Prairie Fire I recall is from the sds/weather underground:

Those who the Dems say compose a prairie fire would rise up a Trump if he didn’t exist. Trump is NOT raising them up, he’s hearing their call.

Its funny. Trump indicated he’d open up the country starting around May 1. They started screaming “we couldn’t possibly open up before May 1!”
He said, as president I have the power to make that decision. They said, no, it falls to the governors. So he said, okay governors, its on you. Open up. Now they are screaming again as the onus falls on them.
I’m enjoying the theater.

" . . . Democratic governors who so far have been adept in handling this virus.
BS - the worst-managed state has been New York, and most Democrat-run states are among the leaders in CV infections and deaths per million/population. California is the only exception, for reasons unknown, but probably from lack of high-density living and lack of widespread public transportation. (Cars save lives!) The warm, sunny climate may also be a factor.
The large state with the fewest CV deaths-per-million is Texas, and Abbott gets no credit whatsoever, only sniping from the media.

Please note that if Bubba or Barak were doing something like this the anchors and media pundits would be chuckling and back slapping eachother at the political mastery of it all.
Look, Trump has won the public battle over whether he took the correct early action against the Chinese virus. But what he has to do now is secure the political fruits of that victory. Make no mistakes, the Democrats & their media allies are actively seeking to flip the script Trump’s win.

If some Democrat Governors want to keep their states shutdown, that’s they’re choice.
They can take the blame, bear the the public complaints, and pay everyone’s wages during their (unnecessarily-extended) shutdowns too.
Wonder how many businesses - and people - will leave states that refuse to open? These governors are actively hurting the very states they were elected to take care of!!
