It is not his plan it is Fachi and Biggs plan. Just gave tyrannical governors the right to keep their state closed til after election.

Trump needs to call Liberal Gov. Tony Evers of Wisconsin who today extended the stay at home orders to May 26.

Ha. With red states opening fast, the deep blue ones *could* use this to tank themselves but they will lose citizens, businesses, and (to them, the most important) revenue forever.

The only way the ‘close forever’ strategy works is if there’s no better place to go.

I’m sure the tyrants will soon be begging for federal “support” for their bureaucracies, which they won’t get. Hard to oppress the people without being able to pay the oppressors...

Ceding leadership to liberal political “doctors” who will do anything to help the Democrats destroy what’s left of this country is the stupidest possible plan.

On the bright side, the longer this goes on the more it will become apparent that all the little Hitlers who have currently positioned themselves as dictators of many states have signed their own death warrants. Of course I mean that in merely a “political” sense, ha ha.

I *think* the intent is to ensure things are at a manageable level before resuming things in stages. A part I missed is what screening is going to be for people not in a nursing home, community clinic, Indian reservation or ER..

State and local officials may need to tailor the application of these criteria to local circumstances (e.g., metropolitan areas that have suffered severe COVID outbreaks, rural and suburban areas where outbreaks have not occurred or have been mild). Additionally, where appropriate, Governors should work on a regional basis to satisfy these criteria and to progress through the phases outlined below.

Basically, the governors get to decide whether to go regional, state-wide, county by county, or very local in their application of the criteria.

The reason this seems confusing--is because it is confusing!

Looks like a plan that States could quickly adapt to.. In Costco the other day and they had it down to a science with spacing, one way traffic, reducing in store capacity, checkouts with plexiglass, etc..Other then waiting to get in it was the easiest shopping experience I’ve had there. People can adapt, but several Governors are going to stall because they’re afraid to make a decision...Cuomo being one of them...

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson:

As the national debate on when to reopen the economy continues, Governor Asa Hutchinson said Arkansas will do what’s best for the state.

President Donald Trump then announced he has the ultimate authority to decide when businesses will resume as normal.

Gov. Hutchinson said despite the President’s sentiment, Arkansas will do what is needed for the state, adding the state is positioned to continue sustaining the existing public health measures for more than 90 days.
