I would not be opposed to that. Michigan and Virginia have problem. New York too. Some of these governors are getting kinda crazy.
I’m so far, so good with Governor Ron of Florida. No real troubles from him so far.
More likely a general framework for state governors to follow as they determine what is the best timing and process for their individual states.

I just heard that the Midwest states are banding together for a re- open strategy. Wi is one of them and that a-hole just announced Wi is locked up until the end of May at least. Doesn’t bode well for any “re- opening strategy”.

My take was the lockdown was to delay the letting the virus ‘roll through’ until the necessary equipment was stocked up. I don’t see that yet nor that we are past the worst of it.

When you year “states banding together for a reopening strategy” the last thing they are thinking about is reopening.
They are banding together for a “RESIST Donald Trump” strategy.
Trump will have to swallow hard, lie aside his reverence for Federalism and blow this up.
“I will be driving From NY TO VT or Maine and spend some money.”

I am virtually certain that I caught it the day after Thanksgiving. Six weeks of awful but I’m still here.
Obviously I would have had no idea at the time.
Early on I had suspicions that the way this “pandemic” was playing out was simply a last-ditch attempt to keep President Trump from being re-elected.
Now I’m completely convinced of it.
