New Jersey’s top cop: Second Amendment not essential!

Under NJ Governor Murphy’s executive order Colonel Patrick Callahan has the authority to reopen gun stores and ranges so citizens have the ability to protect themselves and learn firearm safety, while also respecting social distancing and health guidelines from State and Federal officials, the same exact way Colonel Callahan guided liquor stores, marijuana dispensaries, and home improvement stores when he classified them essential.

Colonel Patrick Callahan is the highest-ranking police officer in the State of New Jersey.

Watch our video below where Colonel Patrick Callahan agrees that the Second Amendment is not essential and supports the closure of gun stores and ranges.

Colonel Patrick J. Callahan was sworn in by Governor Chris Christie as the 14th Colonel of the New Jersey State Police in 2017.

“Law enforcement and medical professionals are on the frontlines of this battle to protect the citizens of New Jersey from the COVID-19 virus, and we cannot stress enough how important it is that each person follow the guidelines set forth in the Executive Order,” Colonel Patrick Callahan said.

“Because lives are at stake, enforcement action will be taken without hesitation against those who are blatantly placing the lives of others at risk.”

Violations of the emergency orders constitute a disorderly persons offense carrying a potential sentence of up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

Violators can also potentially face criminal charges including second, third, and fourth degree indictable offenses.

Third-degree charges carry a sentence of three to five years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000, while fourth-degree charges carry a sentence of up to 18 months in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

Freedom of the Press is not essential — let’s shut down CNN, NYT, and the rest of ‘em.

OK, fine. If you get in a pickle call one of your buddies to help. Never mind the law abiding citizen that MAY have helped you.

All the fearbros are demanding a “new normal” - ok, I’m all for that - It’s time for government in the US to be returned to its rightful, limited state.

No more tyrannical power grabs, no more government ordered shut downs, no more tin pot dictators declaring what is and isn’t essential.

The new normal is to take back our country.

I’m trying to remember the chief of police who, fifty years ago, said...”If only us cops had guns, us cops would not get shot!”

Then another cop said he feared a knife more than a gun because...”A knife is always loaded!”

Hey, colonel...you nitwit. Try reading the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Then, immediately resign and wander the country begging for forgiveness. You are an ignorant slut! On second thought, only wander new jersey. The rest of us depise fascists like you.

One Court case will put all this BS in the trashcan. Watch the class action lawsuits hit very soon. All fines will be tossed, perhaps along with this Colonel. Arrests will be counter-sued for illegal arrests. NJ, and any other state doing this will no doubt be looking for new leaders next election.

2 questions : one can he guarantee no victim will die from an armed crime? Can he guarantee that our or any other government will not try to do away with our Constitutional rights like he is trying to do now?

Our RINO Governor...a guy who’s never tried to hide his utter contempt for the President (and the rights of Massachusetts residents)...has declared gun shops “non essential”.

It’s time for rows of gallows lining the national mall and in rows across statehouse grounds. It is well-past time to take back, with extreme prejudice, our Constitutional form of government.

Maybe Murphy & the Colonel should be viewed as “non-essential”. They are certainly far less essential than the Second Amendment is to the survival of our Republic.
