This can entirely be laid at the feet of the VA GOP leadership and the VA GOP voters.

The leaders backstabbed Cuccinelli and promptly ran milquetoast/Democrat Lite candidates that made people want to stay home. VA GOP voters didn’t hold their nose and vote GOP, staying home instead.

The first thing VA GOP voters need to do is fire every single VA GOP leader who had anything to do with blocking Cuccinelli and their last slate of candidates. All of them need to go. Actions need to have consequences.

To clarify: Anyone who was involved in screwing Cuccinelli needs to be fired and banned from ever getting back into leadership. Anyone who was involved in creating their slate of Democrat Lite, namby-pamby, low energy candidates needs to be fired and barred from any leadership post. Audits need to be conducted on where all the party money went. Criminal charges need to be filed as required. Only then can the VA GOP start even being able to maybe fix the problem.

Corey Stewart was milquetoast? You are referring to the 2013 election, 7 years ago, when Cuccinelli ran against McAuliffe and lost.

Yes, the VA GOP stabbed him in the back, but you need to take into account that the GOP hasn’t won a statewide race in Virginia since 2009. President Trump lost Virginia in 2016, and he isn’t Milquetoast.

There is a bigger problem than not running the right candidates.

Virginia is overrun with Maryland rejects, Jersey Trash and New Yawkers, who have poured into NOVA for gubmit jobs.

There simply aren’t enough people West of 95 to make up for that.
