So far today, the U.S. has reported nearly 2,100 new coronavirus deaths, a daily record https://t.co/1x8YilLzhD— BNO Newsroom (@BNODesk) April 14, 2020
Good Friday no longer holds the record. It’s now the day before Tax Day.
As opposed to old coronavirus deaths.
Would be interesting to compare and see if they remain steady per prior history, rise, or as some suspect, are precipitously dropping.
any chance some of today’s deaths were actually from influenza or other cause????
“any chance some of todays deaths were actually from influenza or other cause????”
Not as long as the media is reporting on them!

They are undercounting Covid-19 deaths. NYC added 3,700 today that had been previously missed. Look it up on your phone.
Horse crap. Their initial diagnosis no matter what as long as they mentioned the virus they get something like $39,000 assistance to the hospital. The ironic thing is hospitals are going to be losing money big time because of all the non-essential and optional and elective surgeries that are not taking place.

He as sneezing before his heart attack.
OK, chalk it up as a COVID death.
I’m wondering if those deaths listed today are the recording date or if today is the occurrence day. The weekends have been notoriously underreported in the past.
We have 534,000 cases so that is not unusual. It’s wiping out the nursing homes.

From NYC Health: A death is classified as probable if the decedent was a New York City resident .. who had no known positive laboratory test for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) but the death certificate lists as a cause of death COVID-19 or an equivalent.

“Horse crap.”
This is how those conspiracy theories like the Holocaust denials get started. 18 months from now, or however long it takes, whatever the number of deaths, you’ll scream, “Horse Crap!”

There is definitely that affect going on, Tuesday seem to be bigger numbers, along with Fridays, whereas Sundays are always smaller.
A free country and nobody will tell us the truth...pathetic!
That includes how many gunshot, but could have had the virus and how many killed in auto accident but friends said he looked a bit under the weather.

I don’t think they know, but I do think they are doing the best they can. It took all levels of government to get started on this, but once they did, they’ve done very well.
It’s a very American response to crises to start late and then over deliver.
Horse crap.

So there is no possibility these people died of anything else right? There’s no possibility that anybody who works in need Democrat government agencies counting these things could possibly be interested in keeping everything shut down and making the numbers as high as possible to damage President Trump as much as possible. That’s not possible Right? Sorry I am just not that gullible and I don’t believe data at face value like I used to. If you can’t understand that I can’t help you. Personally I think that anybody who presents data has to present it and its sources and the method of data collection before anything is posted.
