"If you think that is an unfair exaggeration, after a few moments he said he was going to play a video. It had been produced by White House staff, even though it bore all the hallmarks of a campaign video."

In that whole screed, this is one of two or three times the author comes even close to mentioning the video. No mention of the content of the video, no pause to reflect that the way some these media report out of these press briefings leaves a lot to be desired.
What I saw of the author was a small man passed that the President dared to call out the media and the Left in general by throwing their lies back into their faces.
It is hard not to label these people as evil. And I try not to use that word casually. But they really are evil.

They certainly are shameless. Under any circumstances it would be a stretch, but one might be generous and suggest that journalists were so wrapped up in groupthink that they were truly not aware of how fast and responsive President Trump had been — and how unfairly the media has treated him.

But President Trump just laid it all out. It’s incontrovertible — he had been stellar, and they have been unfair.

And their reaction: “We hate you more now.”
