The decision, outlined in an April 9 memo from Gov. Ron DeSantis' office, could open the door for other sports to resume in the state.

If were going to take this thing seriously, then WWE is absolutely NOT an essential business. Providing food, water and electricity are essential businesses. If were not going to be in lockdown, then WWE is no more essential than any other sport.
WWE is not a sport.
In 1989 the WWF used the phrase in a case it made to the New Jersey Senate for classifying professional wrestling as “sports entertainment” and thus not subject to regulation like a directly competitive sport.

Went to Walmart at 6 AM, then Sam”s Club at 7 (senior hours). Easier for me to stay awake than to get up early. TRIED to go to sleep at 3:30, but woke up and was wide awake at 4:15. 10 AM now and planning on a few hours of sleep.
I give ol’ Vince credit for trying XFL again after 20 years and have this virus crap kill it when it was catching on. Major suck, especially for all those athletes proving they were also talented and entertaining despite earning a living instead of a fortune.
Nearly all the wrestlers in ALL the companies have not hidden but kept on giving us their best in the bizarre situation where no audience is there to take cues from. I’ve been watching and they’ve been doing a magnificent job in a close-contact job so based on each other’s mutual trust.
