He can write an EO dealing with the executive branch and perhaps Veterans hospitals? Not positive about that. But EOs covering all private sector doctors? I don’t think so but I could be wrong.
Of course FDC and CDC are under Exec branch but I believe they have already said that medication can be used.
I feel like God has poured out strong delusion on the people. We are called to actively NOT be deceived. We, as believers, need to rise up and fight the enemy on this.

I have never been impressed with Pence. Never seemed overly bright. Typical Republican politician who thinks all government bureaucrats have the interests of the citizens at heart, all the while they are screwing everyone over.
