In a way these have replaced the rallies as energizers for the President.

CNN has no FCC license, nor does it require one. CNN does not broadcast over the airwaves, which are the domain of the FCC, but on cable, over which the federal government has no jurisdiction.
Don’t know how they think he “re wrote” history with clips of their own words.

President Trump is wrong when he says the authority of the President it total to overrule governors and local authorities on shutdown measures. President Trump was right in recent weeks when he said he could not order a nationwide shutdown, because of the Constitution and federalism. He was right then, but is wrong now. It is indeed a Tenth Amendment issue.
He's rewriting the future tense that they are trying to establish.
They want the central federal control because they envision the President after Trump. They don't want President Trump to be successful pushing the responsibility back onto the states.
That's what we're hearing today, why hasn't the President taken a federal all-encompassing approach? Would a federal approach have "saved lives?"

Acosta asked that same question last week - and got the same answer.
The President has enforcement authority over violations to civil liberties like the freedom of assembly, movement, religion, life by being able to earn a livelihood, etc. There’s your presidential authority over a governor’s.

The press sits there reading their laptops, getting challenge questions from a team back at their networks. Then they have to read them. They don’t really care what information Trump gives out that they should be REPORTING to their viewers or readers.
