Go South Dakota! Go Gov. Noem (R)!

Adults are in charge in South Dakota. No whining pajama boys need apply.

I’m sure she has done her due diligence before making this announcement.
BTW, where are all the pearl clutchers? Haven’t heard from the gloom and doomers in a few days....I wonder why?
To: mmichaels1970
I vote that we clone Kristi Noem! A couple thousand copies sprinkled nationwide should do.

HCQ ping.
South Dakota will be one of the first states bringing itself out of lockdown , sending people back to work.
Kudos to sanity , innovation and resilience!

Great for a couple of reasons.
First, this will likely save lives.
Second, it will drive the msm crazy and with any luck cost a few of theirs.

Doesn’t a clinical trial require a control group? How does one determine the effectiveness of HCQ versus no treatment?

Yep.
The red states leading the sensible fight back.
To: oincobx
The poor suckers in states where governors have all but banned the use of HCQ are the control group...

That makes two of us. (Assuming, that is, that the present nonsense comes to an end and none of the states between here and there decide to close their borders and/or forbid interstate travel.)

The control group is the 49 states that arent doing this.

According to
this related article from Sanford Health, there will be a placebo control group, at least for the prophylactic study.
Sanford currently has clinical guidelines in place to prescribe hydroxychloroquine to hospitalized COVID-19 positive patients. Sanford has developed this new randomized placebo-controlled research study to investigate prescribing hydroxychloroquine prophylactically to health care workers and high-risk populations who have been exposed to the novel coronavirus. The prophylactic treatment trial is designed to determine whether the medication can prevent the illness or minimize symptoms in these individuals.

South Dakota is rather bleak climate wise, nut their governor sure beats Gov. Witchmore. (Will not sign a recall of Whitmer. Leave her alone, she will be easy to beat)
