This was in the article and I 'm not sure that it's right, but it'what I'm going with.

I think there are two Karens/Carens.
A “Caren” is a don-t-you-know-who-I-am, name-dropping, entitled b!tch. (See Post #2)
A “Karen”, is a dictator-governor — of Michigan.
(I could be wrong. It’s what I gathered from this thread.)
