I've been putting together a lot of pieces and this is the 2nd to last in my puzzle. When I was sick in January I had this. Plus the other symptom of "buzzing" or "numbness" in extremities. Co workers dropped like bowling pins and one was diagnosed with pleurisy, others had loss of taste and smell, shortness of breath, felt like run over by a truck, and co worker with Lupus did better than her boyfriend as far as respiratory. She had been on Plaquenil throughout child hood and had to get periodic eye exams becasue of the long term possible side effect.
For me started with headache, sorethroat like a burning in the mouth and throat, then a temp suddenly that went to almost 102, then went away the ext day then came back the following day spiking to 102.5 then leaving as quickly as it came. Coughing, obviously, that tore my throat to shreds. and over a period of 4 weeks various symptoms that made no sense to me until now.
My daughter had that for over a month.
