Some of these municipal governments may face financial insolvency as a result of the flood of First Amendment lawsuits that are almost certainly going to be coming in the near future.

One of the things to remember about a civil/religious rights lawsuit is that it's one of the few categories of civil suits where the plaintiff's right to recover punitive damages and legal fees is written into the law.

I hope they get sued into oblivion. The stories I am hearing and reading about state that the worshippers are taking better precautions than folks going to the grocery store.
