Spain has announced plans to ease work restrictions as the hard-hit country reported a dip in coronavirus deaths Saturday.
Spanish health officials said 510 people died from COVID-19 over the past 24 hours, a decline compared to the previous day's toll of more than 600. Overall, Spain has reported 16,353 deaths from the virus and 161,852 cases, according to figures from Johns Hopkins University.
Spain's death toll is second only to Italy (18,849) in Europe. But Spain also has one of the largest number of recoveries, at nearly 60,000.

Yeah I noticed that too. Anything that reduces the hysteria will be minimized in it’s significance.
His only shot at reelection is to end this BS. The criticism will be just as bad now as it will be in August. The difference is if he opens things up now he has a chance to avoid the economic devastation. Another month or more and we the death spiral will be unavoidable.

Hold the phone! Are you saying JHU reports a 10% mortality in Spain? Seems like that would be considered catastrophic in any other context.
The current Coronavirus death rate in the US is 20,577. I’ll wager we will NOT hit the 60,000 guesstimate by Fauci and his bull sh*t model! It’s worth noting The Leprechaun has had to do several revisions to the death rate from COVID-19. The first guess was 2.2 million US deaths...oops! Then they lowered it to 100-240K deaths...oops!
So, we’ve shut down our economy for 20,577 deaths? WTF!
Trump needs to keep Fauci and Birx away from microphones and cameras, and he needs to quit praising these two idiots at these pressers! All they’ve accomplished is being wrong, ruining the economy and creating hysteria!
