About LGBQ "special protections," Virginia patriots need to be prepared to call out their state’s misguided Democratic leadership if activist state actors use this new law to effectively violate the Constitution’s express prohibition on the states to establish privileged / protected classes.

Patriots who value their 1st Amendment-protected rights also need to get up to speed on their 14th Amendment (14A) protections should tyrant Democratic judges and unelected officials attempt to use this Virginia law to abridge 1st Amendment protections.

"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. The problem with 14A is that we are still stuck with worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration. This corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress will predictably much popcorn while watching CNN show pro-LGBT state actors force cake makers and photographers for example, to use their G-d-given talents to involuntarily support LGBT people, arguably abusing 10th Amendment-protected state powers by using those powers to violate the involuntary servitude part of the 13th Amendment imo.

In the last year or so, UC Berkeley had to pay compensation under 14A concerning abridging 1st Amendment free speech protections.

So there is hope for 14A protections. One problem may be that taxpayers, not Berkeley offending state actors, will probably pay compensation. Congress needs to make penal laws to protect taxpayers in this context.
Patriots who value their constitutionally enumerated protections of freedom of religious expression and free speech, consider that Acts 22:25-29 shows that Apostle Paul got out of a flogging by claiming his Roman citizenship.

Out the door goes the axiom declared in our Declaration of Independence... that “all men are created equal and endowed by God with certain inalienable rights.”
But somehow “lifestyle” choices magically trump natural rights and elevate certain people to be more equal than others. Indeed the rationale should extend to all choices made, not just alternate & illicit lifestyles choices, behaviors and perversions... that being a rapists, a thief, a murderer, assailants and kidnappers! The left believe the choice you make is protected as much, AND MORE then, the right to make a choice. These arbitrary rights that do not come from God but are bestowed by the selfish whims of men for political ends… these invented rights are called “protection” rights since they are not recognized as natural rights. They are deliberately crafted under the protections of “discrimination” in order to weaken or disparage those who oppose such recognition and special treatment.
Yes, we must protect the lifestyle choices of everyone over the safety and civil order of those who respect the rule of law and do not impose their debased-personal choices upon others.
God forbid that any person is allowed their own free choice in exercising personal discrimination, association, thought or will as sovereign individuals to freely reject such choices made by others. Nooooo.... we must celebrate the minorities and their NEW invented special protection-rights from the organized crime family called the Government. Yes... then glory comes the state to right the wrongs of those who dared to discriminate against freaks & fairies. Natural rights do not include the right to impose upon others the results of someone else’s choice. Somehow the left thinks it does.
But the laws are clear... you do not have the right to carry out, or act upon, your choices contrary to the right of someone else to be protected by their choice to reject it! A man who chooses to force himself onto a woman has no right to act upon that choice against the choice/will of the woman rejecting it... it’s called assault/rape! And you do not have the right to force someone else to act in pursuit of your desires, demands and wishes that would be in direct conflict or contrary to his/her personal beliefs be it religious or not. That’s called forcing/compelling someone else to act against their free will!
These “protection” rights created under the false-guise of a “discrimination” class must be eradicated and relegated to the dustbin of history and always held up as an example of the whimsical and mischievous acts performed by evil men who believed they possessed power to bestow arbitrary virtue and rights upon whomever they felt would benefit their political ends.
