Keep in mind that Perino does have some cred; she was Tony Snow's Deputy Press Secretary under President George W. Bush. When Snow passed, Bush decided to advance her to the Press Secretary position for the rest of his term.

I have seen bigger stages in puppet shows, I don’t have much criticism of the Prez, but it does kind of bug me that he doesn’t seem to comprehend the importance of example on the spacing. Why not use the East Room? It’s not like it’s being set up for s banquet tonight.

She and Jeremy of CNN were caught on camera after a recent Rose Garden briefing having a grinning almost high-five (his hand and to her upper arm). During the briefing, Jeremy had handed her the microphone after Trump had declined to give her another question earlier.

He and the scarf lady seem positively giddy when talking about extending the shutdown.

They are WAY too happy when they come up to speak...I'm not saying they have to act like it's a funeral but come on, people are suffering. They both make me sick.

I know. There’s also a fantastic BIG briefing room near the Oval Office in the EEOB (Eisenhower Executive Office Building) that they could use. I know about that room because I got to go there (2-3 times) years ago with CPAC.

Do we really need an immunity certificate?

I already have a "yellow card" with my passport that has my yellow fever vaccine stamp on it. I wouldn't mind adding a Covid-19 stamp to it, since that's what the "yellow card" is for, but I wouldn't want anything more authoritarian than that.

Hubby and I listen to Steve Bannon’s daily pandemic podcasts.

He has had excellent guests, experts in med and economic fields.

His message today was that the MSM liars will push POTUS into a corner....by saying that if he opens the country too soon....you know, before the “experts” say it’s okay to, that loss of lives (from CV-19) will be on POTUS’ hands.

I told hubby....it’s like THEY’RE getting their way, then....if this shut down continues into fall. Then I said, No wonder they’re (Fauxchi & Dr Scarf) are so giddy :(

My thought was that POTUS should’ve (I hate coulda, shouldas, woudlas) come out the day we first heard that the models were wrong, and suggested that relying on faulty models is not acceptable...and, therefore, I’ve instructed VP to bring in....XYZ experts...and, get new, non-DS docs/experts into the task force.

I just don’t trust these two....and, now....the University of Washington (?) guy, who designed their flawed model is coming out saying that they used MANY models....as in don’t blame ME.

Water is now under that bridge.

Hope I’m not being too much of a Debbie Downer.
