Cuomo raised hell over the need for 40,000 ventilators, new hospitals, a ship etc etc....and most of his ravings and cravings can be logged in as “surplus”. Notice he’s dropped the word apex....using as if he’s got a PHD in Mathematics.
NYC should be sent a bill for all the services they demanded and did not need or use.
