Authorities in Wuhan have consistently underreported CCP virus infections and the death toll, based on internal government documents The Epoch Times received from one of the city’s districts.
The central Chinese city was where the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) virus, commonly known as the novel coronavirus, first emerged.
Experts who conducted statistical modeling, eyewitness accounts from locals, and data previously provided The Epoch Times have shown that Chinese authorities concealed the true scale of the outbreak in Wuhan and other parts of China.
The latest documents this publication has obtained reveal how the deception begins at the low levels of government.
Real Numbers? There are 13 districts in Wuhan. As Huangpi district is a residential section of Wuhan, the outbreak there would likely be less severe than denser parts of the city.
But in 20 classified documents from the Huangpi district health bureau, the data revealed that the district alone had many patients hospitalized with COVID-19 symptoms—making the publicly reported data by the Wuhan Health Commission likely false.
Every day, district health bureaus fill out a statistic form issued by the Wuhan Health Commission, to report total CCP virus cases within their jurisdiction. These numbers are not disclosed to the public; Wuhan only publishes a total for the entire city.
The Epoch Times has obtained copies of those forms for dates in January and February.

This virus burned through Wuhan like gasoline. There was much travel from Wuhan to all parts of China and the world. It burns now in Italy, Spain, England etc. It is probably burning in many third world nations even now. The Chinese government says it is now contained in all of China!
They are damned liars. If they are not lying and it is contained and did not burn through the rest of China what we are witnessing is an act of biological warfare. It is either damn liars or biological warfare. It is burning in China right now, or they have committed biological warfare.
I hope they are just damn liars. Otherwise they must be taken out!

Epoch times has a pretty reliable news reputation. I find it very believable that someone passed them the true numbers.
So what’s the actual key takeaway?
This may come as a shock but totalitarian countries in the age of the internet are not foolproof.
Data is not so easily secured and paper is not the source of all data.

Facts about the disease are being concealed on both sides of the oceans, and a whole lot of administrators and their bosses are heading for trouble by concealing them. Can’t stop the truth from getting out for long, not even with heaps of conspiracy story garbage thrown on top of it.
