The Erie County Executive signed an emergency order Thursday preventing individuals from being discriminated against based on their choice to wear PPE.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz has signed an emergency order preventing business in the county from discrimination against customers or employees for the use of personal protective gear, such as masks and gloves.
The order went into effect at 3 p.m. Thursday and mandates that businesses cant refuse entry or service to someone just because they are wearing a mask or gloves, or a lack thereof.
Businesses also cannot prevent employees from wearing masks and gloves, and must provide stations for them to wash their hands regularly.
This applies to all businesses, regardless of size or if they are considered essential or not.
Businesses cannot discriminate against you if you are wearing a mask or gloves - yes they can discriminate

The writer seems to be incapable of distinguishing between a law and an action. A business CAN do any of those things unless someone is physically preventing it. However the applicable degree may make it UNLAWFUL to do so.
Well, the Muslims are covered, pun intended. Ask Syria to ship a few million burkas to Michigan.
I work with a guy who can do that.
Everybody knows that if you wear a necklace made of garlic, that you are safe!
Wear the mask. Ignore the drama queens.

Well that's nice. What about someone who DOESN'T want to wear a mask? Is it ok to discriminate against them?
According to the Gov of NJ, the answer is yes.
