Probably different than “Texas” sung by Buddy Miles on the Electric Flag album and his own Buddy Miles Express album The Best of Buddy Miles. Just dug that out yesterday and was amazed again.
Overlooked and nearly forgotten and now gone. Did the California Raisins songs.
Re-issue of Jimi Hendrix Band of Gypsies deluxe set is an exception.
