Later on he was talking about the area that would become the British Isles. He talked about how it was a lovely climate because "it was three degrees warmer then".Remember, a lot of those guys talk in Celsius.

He was going on about how any warm would ruin the world then admitted that it was warmer in the past then it is now and that it was great.
