Finally, belatedly, the NY Times has published an article which takes a hard look at the coronavirus response by Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio. The article concludes that neither elected official did a great job responding to the virus:

Cuomo did one thing right, he orchestrated a popular marketing and self promotion effort consisting of a powerpoint and words to read. Other than that, he was totally incompetent when it came to controlling the virus, the facts and numbers illustrate his country leading failure
The NY Times has been harder on these two than Trump has.

I think they’re setting Cuomo up to be passed over for nomination to make room for the Mooch.
