Linda Tripp, whose secret conversations with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky led to the impeachment of President Bill Clinton in 1998, is seriously ill and near death, according to a Facebook posting by her daughter.
“My mommy is leaving this earth. I don’t know myself if I can survive this heartache. Please pray for a painless process for the strongest woman I will ever know in my entire lifetime,” Allison Tripp Foley posted on Facebook late Tuesday, adding that she was at her 70-year-old mother’s bedside. Her profile was later made private.
Tripp’s son-in-law, Thomas Foley, told The Post that he was unable to share any information about her condition.
“I think right now it’s a family situation,” he said Wednesday.

Remember how over and over and over they said she wanted to write a book and she was making this stuff up about Monica Lewinsky.

Sad news. She dared to cross the Clintons and has lived this long. She tried to do the right thing, but gave Monica bad advice. They should have let the whole thing get swept under the rug. Monica was #metooing the wrong guy. The damage that they did to Monica was horrendous, and although Bill Clinton should not have gotten away with it, Linda and Monica were treated like aggressors, and poor Bill the victim, and the rest of the Left were going to have none of it.

Without the advice given to her by Linda, Monica would have been just another number in the Clinton Crime Family ledger. Seth Rich before Seth Rich.
While I certainly admire what she did, in the end all that happened was that she NORMALIZED Bill Clinton.
Think about it - you’re married to the biggest bitch on the planet and you look like you’re happy.
What Linda did was show the world that Bill Clinton understood the beast he was married to, and so looked elsewhere.

Sad in many respects. Tripp knew the minute "the girl" told Clinton that Tripp knew of the affair, that both of their lives were in jeopardy. Tripp as Vincent Foster's last secretary perhaps had reason the fear both of the Clintons.
Does the article say what the health issue? By the way they are talking, or not talking, it kind of sounds like she isn’t going to recover...like a brain aneurysm?
The fact that she was a witness and it raised Lewinsky's profile with the public is what kept Lewinsky out of Fort Marcy Park.
She would have been hanging out with Ron Brown and Vince Foster. I don’t think she realizes that.
