Yep, don't ever count ol' Joe out! He may be the Senate's very own version of Congressman Hank Johnson, but those libs love him (& Hank, too)!
Speaking of which, that's an obvious 'strategery' for Joe (who may be delirious, but he's delirious like a fox). He could instantly recapture the look & feel of the Obama-Biden 'glory years', by picking Hank as his running mate! Hank would add "gravitas" to the ticket, in the same way Joe helped whats-his-name from Chicago look like a serious candidate!
