The number one reason is the New York City Public housing crowded buildings. The housing is tall high rise buildings. Living in public housing in New York is like being on a cruise ship during the outbreak.
They need to do a break down on how many live in Public housing not by race.
Also the failure to follow instructions, according to some there are kids running streets and part of the population was treating it like a flu.

These raw results are BS. It needs be done as a percentage of the population by group. Blacks make up about 25% of NYC racial structure. A 28% rate is not that out of line proportionally. I don’t think the asian population in NYC is even 10%, hence a 7% death rate.
It’s more of a nonchalant attitude towards it.

Less concern about healthcare, more tendency to a crappy diet. more tendency to drug and alcohol use........and no I am not saying all Blacks or Hispanics but there is a tendency for more people ......of any race, that are poor to live together in higher concentrations in places like New York with tenements.
