Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said Tuesday that he thinks the country will be in “good shape” for reopening school by the start of next school year in the fall.
“Bottom line is: No absolute prediction, but I think we're going to be in good shape,” Fauci told a White House news briefing when asked whether he thinks schools will be able to start on time next school year.
Fauci, the government’s top infectious disease expert, noted there is much uncertainty around the situation, but said that by the fall, enough time is likely to have passed to allow schools to reopen.
Schools across the country are currently shut down as part of the efforts to slow the spread of the virus.
Fauci said he expects that “by the time we get to the fall that we will have this under control enough that it certainly will not be the way it is now where people are shutting schools.”

Open schools means in person voting. The rats know that happens they lose.
If the schools reopen in the fall, the next wave of CV19 infections will be noticeable several weeks later. A month at the outside.
If we are not back to normal by fall reopening schools will be the least of our problems.
So now Fauci is running the school systems in the U.S.?!?
And what does he mean by "under control"?!? One will have to cancel the lockdown months before school starts to get everything prepare, supplies manufactured and delivered and time to have parents get back to work so they can earn money to pay for the supplies.
Equivocal buzzwords and pronouncements are not going to cut it!

Somebody should ask Fauci how unemployed people are going to pay their school taxes so that the schools can be open?

EVERY property tax payer should get a tax REFUND of school taxes, for these months that they’ve been closed.
If the schools are closed through end of summer....and no summer classes, then, count those months, too.

Here in Indiana, the teachers are doing e-learning, the cafeteria people are prepping grub for the bus drivers to deliver to starving youts. So a lot of the expenses continue.
