Seems like the Corona Virus was the charm. If it hadn’t interrupted the GA primary, Loeffler was in the lead and couldn’t stolen the show.
But oh how people’s actions speak louder than words.
She also played hardball politics with her advertising.

Why is it awesome? Loeffler isn't good, but neither is Collins. He's never met a spending bill he didn't like. How many trillions of Democrat pork has he voted for? He voted for amnesty for 1.8 million illegals. He's voted to reduce government accountability. He voted for the Democrats 2015 healthcare bill.
Basically, in any sane time, he'd be recognized as a Democrat.
