One of my neighbors has a "golden pass" affixed to their rear left car window. It is very official-looking. It proclaims that the driver is a health care worker (true) and entitled to travel without restrictions within the State.
This State does not yet have travel restrictions. They are clearly preparing to impose them soon if they can do so without open revolt.
