I have been plotting the NY Times data set automatically pulled from their github repository (that they update daily) and plotted using the R statistical processing language and R-markdown to prepare plots and reports. The cases in NYC and Monroe County have not yet peaked.

Are they also tracking cases and deaths from the regular flu? Wonder how they compare to prior years and to the Covid-19?
