I want to know why flu rates in NY this year are dramatically lower than '18 , and '17. Answer: everything is coded as COVID-19, while it's not true.
On that note; HCQ has been in use sparingly for a week. We've expected to see recovery rates begin to rise, but they have not. Last week, recover rates outnumbered deaths 4 to 1. This week it's closer to 2 to 1. I suspect recovered cases are being hidden.

My anecdotal experience involves my California associates, both who were ill with cold or flu-like symptoms in December. I soon acquired a cough that would normally exit after a week or 2, but lasted for a very abnormal 2 months, accompanied by some days of very difficult breathing, zero energy. Very odd for a dry cough. Little doubt in my mind, looking back.
Meanwhile, California is the main entry point from China. Their population is multiple times larger than any state except NY, yet numbers do not compare.

As someone suggested above, bring in actual treating physicians to State 2 of the task force to describe what is happening on the ground and in the hospitals. It is silly to have Fauci and Frau Blixt describe difficulty in obtaining medical equipment when they have probably no connection to it. I think Trump could easily orchestrate an exit stage left for Dr. F.
And he could be kept off the talk shows with a confidentiality order.
