When the milk or other things I need run out I'll be going again no matter what this lady says. (when the powdered milk is restocked then I won't have to go for that again)
I bought two gallons through aldi delivery....froze one after taking some out to leave room for expansion.

I buy milk, half and half, yogurt and fresh fruits and veggies every week.
I don’t plan on changing that.
I have a stock of food that I can eat if I get sick, but I don’t want to use it if I am not.
