What is going unsaid here is the it is the bureaucracy that is causing this issue. They are saying that other countries are getting preference because they are paying cash. My guess is that they are getting promises from state governments that can’t process the purchases in short order.
Not saying it is right but cash talks BS walks.

Of course 3M’s CEO has already come out on the morning show saying the allegation is “Absurd”. Excuses to follow at 6.
I don’t like the way Trump tweets these things but I can’t remember when he did and was wrong.

And I liked how Mnuchin went to the podium loaded for bear. The first “gotcha” question from a press critter and Mnuchin was ready to rip off the guy’s/gal’s head. That’s how all of them need to be. Yup! :-)
