Those ‘massive hospitals’ were no more than steel pole buildings with 1000 beds, no sewer hook ups, no doctors, no nurses, no drugs, no machines, one way doors and ramen food slots.

We already did it. Instead of building structures that will be not needed in a couple of months we’ve repurposed convention centers and parks.
