This one lines up with the Salt Lake City quake. About the same magnitude. Unusual.

My folks in Nampa, ID, felt it. Moved the blinds and there may be new cracks in the driveway. Nampa is about 20 miles west of Boise.

The quake in the early 80’s was over 7.0. I’m 80 miles from there and didn’t feel crap. Panic don’t live with most of us.

I felt it in Pendleton OR, at first I thought the washer was unbalanced, then realized it wasn’t on.

My step granddaughter in Spokane Valley felt it fairly strongly. I am actually closer to the epicenter but no one in my house felt it.

That’s right. I agree.

6.5 is not a small quake. It can cause serious damage,
particularly in areas without codes to prepare for such
an event.
