FRANKFORT, Ky. —
Abortion opponents say Gov. Andy Beshear's executive order prohibiting non-essential medical procedures is not being followed when it comes to abortion, and they're taking several steps to shut down Kentucky's last remaining abortion clinic during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Attorney General Daniel Cameron has asked Acting Secretary of Health and Family Services Eric Friedlander to certify abortion providers are not essential, a request Friedlander and Beshear's administration have so far ignored.
ameron needs that certification to move forward with legal action against EMW Women's Surgical Center in Louisville, which continues to provide abortions.
If he cannot get it from the Beshear administration, state lawmakers may have a work-around.

What is an abortion clinic’s clean rate? ie how clean do they keep the place? It’s been well known for a long time that they don’t clean those places well.
Those people are screwed. Just consider every abortion clinic not closed a Hot Zone for Covid 19.
Never mind surviving a botched abortion these women are now in danger for covid and having an abortion weakens their system to fight it off.
