Any statewide ban on elective surgeries are for those using hospitals and PP isn’t using hospital facilities. The law states: Hospitals and ambulatory health care services may continue physical operations, elective procedures are prohibited.

I’m against PP and what they do but people don’t go there for elective surgeries other than abortions so it would have no affect on hospital requirements.

It has nothing to do with hospitals. My dentist has been shut down, and he doesn’t do any procedures in hospitals either.
