Ever wonder why NY is the epi center aside from the complete criminal failures of the mayor and gov? On the local news they had the hospital ship coming into the harbor. On the promenade were about 100 people watching the ship come in. The reporter stated, “guess they didn’t get the message about social distancing”
What are the numbers in Philadelphia? He may be making the right decision.
about 1300 for the city (15 deaths) , PA about 5000 (68 deaths)
I just looked it up, Philadelphia has only 1315 cases and they aren’t shut down. Pennsylvania only has about 6700 cases total.

There used to be nice bulletproof glass barriers in the convenience stores, that would have saved a lot of people from transmitting the virus. Oh well.
