I have an older relative who lives in Hungary. She is very upset that she won’t be getting the $1200. And I think she has a point. After all, she legally visited the U.S. a few years ago.
If illegal aliens can be outraged, legal visitors should be outraged too.

This is a pretty popular idea that is almost impossible to enforce. For example, you could easily get around this by simply wiring the money to an international account owned by yourself, then simply do a domestic transfer to whoever the recipient is. To avoid it you would have to tax all cross border transfers which would be infeasible. The government has no right to tell me in which country I keep my money.
Well if that were to happen we might actually get an accurate count on how many illegals are in the country. Other than that F them, they get nothing.
ICE should target these illegals and deport them.
Better yet, just leave.

Good idea but I wonder how much reduction in goods/services would occur.
Heck they do most of the basic ground work on new home construction,
agriculture planting/harvesting, many manual labor jobs both male and female,
and who knows what all else.
