“...championed by President Donald Trump for coronavirus treatment despite scant evidence.”

Er, “championed” by President Donald Trump for coronavirus treatment “despite scant evidence”.
No apparent obvious ulterior motive to be found here from this “unbiased” “neutral” “reporter”. None at all.
>>Why is the FDA granting me approval for something I already have a perfect right to do, and that I am already doing?<<
Well, for starters, to head off more Dem governors from behaving like TDS-afflicted idiots, and maybe to get Nevada and Michigan patients access to the drug combination as well.
Plus, it ups the odds that more hospitals will change their protocols to include them.
RE: championed by President Donald Trump for coronavirus treatment despite scant evidence.
The studies made by Chinese, Korean, French (published), Italian and even American doctors constitute for them “scant evidence”.
>>I hope it also helps in significant reduction in mortality (especially for the very ill ), but this widespread usage still needs to prove that.<<
It might not be of much help for those already on ventilators. But if it prevents the need for a ventilator, it will surely be saving lives since the majority of patients put on ventilators don’t make it.
Could you advise the results they were seeing?
There are literally tens of thousands of out-of-trial cases whose course can be extracted to provide a proxy for a control arm.
Politicians, Hollywood celebs and or big donors to the DNC first.
Fauci: It was not done in a controlled clinical trial, so you really cant make any definitive statement about it, he said.
But he still repeats the bogus numbers from the London model that says 200,000 could die in the US. That is possible...but very very improbable.
He’s the media’s superstar........
It wasn't an emergency a week ago.
They have to cover for Fauci and his anecdotal faux pas.
He spoke in very general terms but he has been impressed with it’s overall efficacy and has used it in both a treatment and prophylactic capacity.
Would never, ever, ever have happened without Trump’s foot being firmly up a bunch of backsides 24/7.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Spanish Flu killed more than 600,000 in the US so Spanish Flu II would kill 2 million (if nothing changed, over 102 years).
It's encouraging if he says 100,000-200,000 because that implies <100,000. (He needs to exceed the expectations that he set.)
Don’t give it to the rats first!
Great!
