This medication is also used as a prophylactic against covid19. People should take this medication when they get the first symptoms of covid19 and not wait until they are in respiratory distress. Maybe we can stop the virus if we massively treat it instead of waiting.

I find it hard to believe that we can get Chloroquine but still no toilet paper or paper towels on the grocery shelves, no rubbing alcohol either, no dust masks or disposable gloves anywhere.....shelves still cleaned out to the bone.

>>30,000,000 doses sent to the stockpile and many more expected.

So is that enough to treat 30,000,000 people, or is a dose just a pill, so you have to divide 30M by the number of pills each person needs?...inquiring minds want to know.

It’s good news either way, just a point of clarification needed.

I believe the regimen is 2 pills per day for 5 days. That would be enough for 3,000,000 patients.
