April 30th is going to kill the restaurants in my town.

It will kill the entire sector. This will lead to a full scale depression that will last for years. The large majority of the food service sector is run by small business that runs franchises. They employ millions. The companies that provide to that space are already shuttered and now, they won’t come back for a very long time.

Restaurants start from "0" every day. Remember, the equipment is all there. Unemployment insurance should help and the ordinary rules have been lifted to include almost everyone..
