Bad news out of Manhattan where a family member is a doc at a major hospital. They still have beds and ventilators, but there’s a crazy mortality rate for any patient that needs to be intubated. I won’t repeat the number she told me, but ventilators aren’t going to be enough.
We need a treatment. Yesterday. FDA needs to approve extraordinary measures, or there will be many needless deaths, and terrible injuries to survivors.
